In the exploitation of oilfield water injection is an important measure. It is a very effective measure adopted to keep formation energy in oilfield, because it can enhance crude oil recovery ratio and insure stable and long-term high Production. With the increase of the water ratio the optimization research to the circulation of injection system comes forth as urgent affairs. This paper is based on the network simulation, using multilevel objective optimization of water injection pipe, the structure and parameters optimized respectively. This paper firstly established the mathematical model of pipe and geometrical model on the basis of the theoretical analysis. Combining the current one water injection network, the actual data is simulated. This paper analyzes the operation status of the network in detail, and determines the pressure and flow of each node pipe. It concluded that the relevant theory of water injection network optimization the direction and content. Then it has conducted the water injection network topological optimization. It mainly includes three aspects of content: the optimization of the water distributing station site, the layout distribution pipelines station. Thus reach this topology network optimization results. Save investment and running costs, reached the optimization purposes. Then it did a study on main distribution pipelines. Mainly include economic diameter and wall thickness, and determination of water injection station and the optimization of note the pump running. It optimized the pipe diameter and reduced the energy consumption. And a computer program is compiled to verify the models through a simple example.
