Water injection energy consumption is the main component of oilfield production cost,with the increase of water cut in oil field production,the energy consumption of water injection in oil field will continue to increase greatly,and the energy consumption of water injection in oil field will also continue to increase.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research and application of water injection system energy saving technology.At present,a number of energy-saving technologies have been adopted in the oil field.Can these technologies save energy?How much energy is saved under what conditions?What kind of energy saving measures can be adopted for the specific water injection system to better reduce the water injection energy consumption?What are the benefits?In this paper,the theoretical efficiency and measured efficiency calculation models of nodal nodes of water injection station and water injection pipe network are studied for the low efficiency of no.1 water injection system and no.2 water injection system in an oilfield,the practical efficiency,theoretical efficiency and energy saving potential of each node are calculated.The energy saving principle and technical and economic limits of each energy saving technology are studied.The optimization model of water injection system with the goal of system efficiency and water injection cost is established.2~#water injection system adopts partial pressure water injection technology,and the system efficiency increases from39.3%to 48.1%.Optimize the 1~#and 2~#water injection systems in an oilfield.The optimization results show that,with the goal of improving system efficiency,the system efficiency of 1~#water injection system increases from 42.3%to 48.9%by adopting partial pressure water injection technology and frequency conversion speed regulation technology.In order to save water injection cost,1~#water injection system adopts partial pressure water injection technology and valve adjustment,the water injection unit consumption is reduced from 4.58 k W·h/m~3 to4.33 k W·h/m~3,saving about 40000 yuan of water injection electricity fee every year.2~#water injection system adopts partial pressure water injection technology and valve adjustment,and the water injection consumption is reduced from the original 5.53 k W·h/m~3 to 4.77 k W·h/m~3,saving 2 million yuan of water injection electricity fee every year.The analysis results show that,Variable frequency speed regulation technology system efficiency sensitivity strong factor is the speed ratio,impeller cutting technology system factor is the impeller cutting efficiency sensitivity is stronger than,the partial pressure water injection technology system efficiency sensitive factors influence degree is average,booster pump augmented injection technology system efficiency sensitivity factor is the injection pump outlet pressure,pump outlet flow injection,water injection station unit efficiency.
