As a kind of special petroleum deposit ,high gas-oil ratio petroleum deposit takes up a great proportion in world resources of oil and gas. China is also one of the countries with many high gas-oil ratio petroleum deposits in the world, so, how to enhance the use ratio of this kind of oil deposits and peform scientific exploitation become an important problem we face. Down-hole helical axial multiphase pump is a new technology that used for oil-gas two-phase transportation and becomes the focus and development tendency of petroleum industry due to its obvious advantages. Our laboratory designed the down-hole helical axial multiphase pump with independent intellectual property rights, which provides a new way to exploit high gas-oil ratio deposits.Multiphase pump is traditionally drived by submersible motor, the article designs a new kind of structure which is hydraulic drived. Hydraulic helical axial muitiphase pump changes traditional drive type which powers the pump by submersible motor, the turbine of the new structure is drived by high-pressure power fluid from ground, then the power generated by rotary turbine is transported to the pump through transmission shaft to lift oil up to the ground. This new drive style reserves the advantages of helical axial multiphase pump and ablolishes a number od limites of submersible-motor-drive style, which extends the usable range of the pump in the field of oil extraction and exploitation.The article researches the performance and relevant parameters of turbine motor, and finds out turbine molded lines that the pump needs. Bezier curve is used to design the molded lines and the process of the designing is programmed by software VB. The structure of hydraulic helical axial multiphase pump is modeled by Solidworks, the performance and work procedure are calculated and designed, critical parts are checked and the matching calculation of the power of the entire device is opreated. By the calculation, the whole structure of the device which use the turbine motor to drive helical axial multiphase pump is reasonable and feasible, it can meet needs at work.
