With the rapid machinery industry development in recent years,tube bending technology has drawn a lot of attention and has been fully developed,With the upgrading of products, and improvement of the mechanical properties. there are more and more requirements for the variety of the pipe shape as well as more and more needs for the variety of tube bender, therefore, the research and development has a complex pipe bender bending capacity has an important significance.The finite element method for bending pipe to push the performance analysis. The basic theory of finite element in the study, based on the use of three-dimensional modeling software to establish a pipe Bending simulation entity model;Use of 3D modeling software solidworks establish the solid model, using hypermesh pretreatment software is built according to push and CAE model, combined with the actual situation of bending bender, the design parameters of the dynamic simulation bend pipe push, it is concluded that the more satisfied analysis parameters for pushing bending test, provides the theory basis for test.According to the dynamic simulation get pushed bending the analysis parameters, the design for push bending test system and test of the bending prototype, pushing the bending test design, through using different preflex Angle and push curved, collected test data and thus make the design parameters bender bending car, which pushed the greatest power required for test achieved good effect.Established the bender 3d model, through the scheme more optimized, clamping device.Use finite element analysis software and analyse application of weak link parts statics stress analysis, through the maximum stress section stress and materials of comparison, ensure yield limit stress concentration areas within the scope of the safety of various components, proof reasonable design, meet the job requirements.
