Styrene is abasic raw material for petrochemical industry, as it is raw material of synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, polystyrene and paint. In the styrene downstream product market demand driven by strong, in 2014 China styrene consumption is about101 millions ton, the average annual growth rate of consumption is 7.45%.At present,industrialized production technology of styrene ethylbenzene catalytic dehydrogenation, epoxy propane production method and pyrolysis gasoline extraction styrene three process routes. Jilin Petrochemical Company 3.2 millions tons / year styrene device technology from the introduction of the United States CBI/Lummus patented process technology, has been running for 3 years. In the operation of the plant, it is found that the catalyst life is short and the selectivity of the catalyst decreases with the running time. Separation process of styrene separation process is poor, blocking the crystallization of the pipeline blocking agent. Ethylbenzene distillation and reboiler damage system with water can not be produced continuously;some large equipment parameter setting due to improper shutdown and interlock;tar combustion system on energy waste, which leads to the energy consumption of the plant is on the high.These problems have seriously restricted the safely and stability operation of the styrene plant. In order to solve these problems, styrene process for research, the main research contents are operating process of catalyst, the catalyst in some lost under the conditions of running conditions. By carrying out the operation of large-scale equipment, the large equipment, long term stable operation method, to solve the parking problem of interlocking. By blocking poly technology research to solve the resistance of poly agent in use in the process of transformation, also on different manufacturers resistance poly agents were selected,resistance to determine resistance to determine the appropriate inhibitor, to ensure that the styrene distillation separattransformati.
