Study On Ecological Construction And Planning In Bishan District

Ecological civilization construction is an important part of our country modernization "five-in-one", and it is the foundation of the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way in China. This paper analyzed the research background and significance of ecological construction and planning, and combed the related concepts and research progress of ecological construction and planning. Chongqing Bishan area ecological construction, economic and social, ecological environment condition are analyzed. The natural environment of Chongqing Bishan area ecological construction, economic and social, ecological environment condition are analyzed. This paper established the index system of ecological construction and evaluation of Bishan area, including the social and economic development,ecological environmental protection, social progress three aspects of a total of 36 indicators. To measure the ecological comprehensive index from 2009 to 2013, analyze the main influencing factors of ecological construction, determining the weights by the variation coefficient method, using the comprehensive index evaluation method to evaluate the achievements of Bishan area ecological construction. Finally, the Bishan area are divided into different ecological function divisions, using the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation and the importance of ecological service function evaluation method.The study found that Bishan area has a huge advantage of ecological construction, with excellent geographical location, solid economic foundation and rich ecological resources, but also there are some disadvantages, such as three industrial development not harmonious, the third industry development space is limited and other factors. Bishan area economic, ecological and social subsystem are in a rapidly rising stage of development from 2009 to 2013, but there is still a big gap between the speed of development.2009-2011, The ecological and social subsystem staggered development, and development speed are higher than economic subsystem from2009 to 2013. The ecological subsystem development speed slow, economic rapid development into three subsystem, social subsystem development smoothly and risen steadily from 2011 to 2013.Bishan area has a rapid increase in ecological civilization construction level development faster from 2009 to 2013. There are many kinds of factors to influence the ecological construction, which is the most important economic development, ecological environment and to social progress least affected. From a very poor level due to ecological construction, may lead to the development of the instability, therefore in the process of ecological construction should be timely solve existing problems, and actively create a good social environment, encourage the construction of ecological development for a long time.Bishan area can be divided into three level of biome(something low mountain and sanhe natural ecological conservation area, shallow hill mountainous town ecological control of Middle East area, the Midwest, shallow hill mountain ecological service of agricultural production and 11 secondary ecological function areas. Finally based on the social, economic and environmental characteristics of the partition and the main problems, put forward the ecological environment protection and construction direction of each partition, the Bishan district sustainable development have very good guide role.
