As of kunyang phosphate production capacity increase year by year, the increasing scale of blasting, mining area is getting closer and closer to the surrounding villages, blasting vibration problem is more and more prominent, to reduce the blasting vibration of kunyang phosphate rock, improve the production efficiency, reduce the mining cost, this paper combined with the air interval charge to reduce blasting vibration technology research on the development of the subject of kunyang phosphate rock in the concrete problems in application of air interval charge to carry out the research.First of kunyang phosphate rock blasting according to field investigation with Steve sadove, regression formula of kunyang phosphate rock blasting vibration propagation law, find out the problems existing in the blasting operation and direction can be optimized.Through wavelet analysis to air interval blasting mechanism made coMParatively detailed theoretical analysis, combination of kunyang apatite mine production practice, through the study of AOK time-frequency distribution, power distribution using central air interval charging scheme is determined.Design the stuffing and under the condition of the same charge under the condition of constant air interval was 10%,10%,12.5%,17.5% and 20% in the middle of the air gap.Using ANSYS/ls-dyna software, numerical simulation is obtained under the condition of two kinds of optimal proportion of air gap filling the same 15% respectively under the condition of air interval charge and charge the same 17.5% air interval charging scheme.After the excavation effect, large rate, decreasing vibration rate and economic benefit of comprehensive coMParative analysis of four aspects finalized fill the same 15% air interval charging scheme for the optimal proportion of air gap.Blasting vibration regression analysis was carried out on the final solution, it is concluded that K, alpha, provides reference for the mine blasting operation in the future.
