The stability of houses is influenced by blasting vibration during the production of t he underground uranium-mine surrounded by villages’ houses and rice field. In order to predict vibration intensity and ensure the safety of surface buildings, the blasting vibration is tested on the surface during production blasting, and numerical simulation analysis by Ls-Dyna software is done.1、In the uranium-mine stope, the vibration of blasting were tested with the blasting of deep and shallow hole blasting respectively for two times. The test results show that the single maximum explosive value in the mine daily practical production blasting could be appropriate to increase. At the same level, but, if the stope vertically below to the house, the single segment maximum explosive would be chosen more than the national safety standard. Based on blasting tests data, K and α were obtained by Matlab in the certain engineering geological conditions of the mine, and so did the optimal single maximum explosive value according to the blasting safety standard.2、To ensure the safety of highest production level in production blasting, a large number of information about the differential blasting theory research and practical experience in mines were collected.to study the millisecond delay time based on reasonable ANSYS/Ls-Dyna models and physically mechanical parameters of rock body. Surface vibration velocity response of the observation points were analyzed. The curve of time-velocity was got, which proved that multimilliseconds blasting has a significant seismic reduction effect, and 28 ms with 4m or 7ms/m of blast millisecond delay time is the optimum.3、The influence degree of the surrounding houses had been predicted by the numerical analysis. The results showed that the numerical results were slightly larger than the actual test results. The reason is that scattered explosive was treated as concentrated charge, and the surface paddy field was not taken into account which could weaken the influence of blasting vibration, but it makes the prediction analysis conclusions more safer. In a word, the method of ANSYS/ls-dyna to analyze blasting process has a certain theoretical significance and application value to guide the mines’ production practice.
