This article is the Liao River oilfield 15-key science and technology support project. By the analysis to present Liao River oilfield exploiting situation, obtain most of oilfield which have entered the viscous crude oil exploiting stage, and the conventional crank balanced walking beam type exploiting machine is very difficult to satisfy oilfield exploiting present situation, so design the hydraulic reciprocating reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device to satisfy the current oilfield need. The hydraulic reciprocating reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device is one new crude oil reciprocating device which can simultaneously realize the crude oil promotion and the heating. The most important point is that a hydraulic motor is able to drive an oil extraction pump to lift up oil to the ground. At the same time, hydraulic oil brings quantity of heat from the hydraulic station on the ground to well bottom, so the viscous crude oil is heated and its viscosity will decrease. In this device, the hydraulic oil pipes are installed inside of well pipes to reduce malfunctions and predigest technical flow. This device system applies to viscous crude oil exploitation and hopeful to substitute the traditional oil extraction methods like kowtowing machines. The main results of this paper is as follows:1 This paper introduces the hydraulic principles, flows and technical capabilities of the hydraulic reciprocating reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device, and estimates its favorable economic conditions and the energy conservation characteristic; It summarizes the most important extraction unit's structure and the characteristic of the system, and carries on the computation; It analyzes hydraulic circuit's characteristic of the ground variable piston pump and the mine motor.2 This paper introduces the reciprocating exploiting system's feasibility, including hydraulic pressure way realization and system heating function analysis. By the system analysis, it gets system's pipeline pressure loses much, but the mine oil motor and oil pump's working pressure is only to press, and it definitely realizes the hydraulic exploiting way to be feasible; It carries on the brief analysis and the estimate of the exploiting system's heat conduction, and obtains the exploiting system to have big heating function, providing the credible evident proof toward the reciprocating exploiting system's feasibility.3 This paper determines the system structure size's scope by the theoretical analysis, providing a direction for the design; It proposes the improvement to the reversing valve structure, and solves the reversing impact, and improves the system's stability, and enhances its service life; It establishes the system's mathematical model, and makes the transfer function and the diagram.4 This paper carries on the dynamic analysis and the simulation to the system, and carries on the performance analysis to the system; It improves the system's performance through the parameter adjustment, and achieves system's stability. By the simulation gets to change some sizes to change system's performance, and provides an direction to system's optimization design.The paper has carried on the summary and the analysis finally to this topic, and put forward the proposal and the forecast to the next step work.
