The study on advanced equipment manufacturing technology of pumping units is presented to satisfy the mining technology demands of large load, long stroke and low pumping speed during petroleum exploitation at home and abroad. The method of using a full hydraulic system drive rather than the traditional way is adopted to resolve the disadvantages in a traditional oil extraction equipment such as complex mechanical structure, large volume,many transmissions, low efficiency and high manufacturing cost. Improve the working efficiency of the system by the features of hydraulic system, such as largely stiffness, high power-to-weight ratio and high frequency response. In addition, the hydraulic circuit which is made up of an accumulator, a hydraulic motor and hydraulic pumps is used to realize power recovery for energy saving. For making a hydraulic oil production system of low power, this dissertation gives a deep study of hydraulic oil production system from the energy recovery, energy release, control theory and experimental protocol, via fluid mechanics, finite element method, mathematical modeling, optimal design, and modern control theory, in order to save energy. The mechanical mathematical model and the hydraulic one of a novel hydraulic oil production mechanism are established, and the system motion simulation and simulation analysis of hydraulic principle have been completed. Good results are eventually obtained. The following are the main research contents of this paper:1. The design of hydraulic systemDesign the optimum principle of hydraulic system through the plan demonstration and AUTOMATION STUDIO software. Study the way of recycling and releasing the energy, and the way of energy conversion. Design a hydraulic system that can satisfy systemic function, and achieve the technology of the reutilization of the potential energy of system to save energy.2. The analysis of the reutilization of the system potential energy Study the process of the reutilization of the system potential energy and the process of energy conversion by Matlab and other software. Make the static analysis and the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic system. Optimization design of parameters in the control system based on Matlab. Make sure that the process of the reutilization of the power can ran smoothly.3. The design and simulation of hydraulic oil pumping unitDesign the mechanical structure, and model and simulate the simulation of the mechanical system by using Pro/E, ANSYS, CAD and other software. Make the theoretical analysis of dynamic and optimization design parameters for the structure to satisfy the function of the system. Simplify the structure of the unit in order to lower the construction cost.The paper has carried on the summary and the analysis finally to this topic, and put forward the proposal and the forecast to the next step work.
