Oil field water injection development is an important way for the development of onshore oilfields in china.However,the power consumption of the oil field water injection system is huge.With the increase of the water content of the oil field,the energy consumption of water injection will rise sharply.In water flooding oilfield,the water injection system consumes about 30%-40%of the total oil consumption,and with the increase of water cut,the energy consumption will continue to increase.It is helpful to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the production cost of oilfield water injection system.There are 1 water injection stations in Daqing,Changyuan,south of the eight area,with water between the 12 wells,injection wells,the overall operating efficiency is low,the energy consumption is larger.In order to reduce energy consumption,reduce production cost and increase economic benefits,the energy saving reconstruction technology was studied for the main problems of water injection system in the eight area of South Daqing,Changyuan.Put forward in this paper is based on the idea "divide and conquer" solution,the of oilfield water injection system is difficult to control the whole into smaller systems,for these smaller easier to carry on the reasonable coordination,optimization of the subsystem in water injection system satisfies the requirement of oil production under the premise of the various subsystems in a reasonable manner of energy saving process.Through the study of the research of various aspects of water injection system,collect and summarize relevant information using the energy balance principle to handle related subsystem,build up an energy balance analysis model,subsystem energy consumption evaluation.Water injection system evaluation method and the test on the basis of energy consumption,energy consumption for water injection pipe network hydraulic calculation method and its correction technology research,so fluid mechanics is employed to calculate the also need the support of binary tree theory,calculated the hydraulic conforms to the actual situation.In the design process of the model,the unreasonableness of the friction coefficient can affect the accuracy of the model.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable corrective measures to reduce the relevant errors in the case of large calculation error.l.As the water injection pipe network is cross the diversification,in order to optimize energy saving process,the corresponding evaluation index is necessary,it will need to build a balance level model to analyze the energy distribution of water injection system,it needs to be based on the various aspects of water injection system to investigate and research results.Finally,the proposed scheme is tested and tested.Eight district in the south in the optimization and upgrading of water injection system,the use of the related engineering software is indispensable,such as water injection system energy consumption analysis software,the software is based on the characteristics of the Visual Studio 2015 platform design let it has a comparatively complete function,it can calculate the hydraulic water injection system,water injection system pipe network model is established and the evaluation of water injection system energy consumption level,etc.With the help of the software,the relevant data of the simulation calculation of the water injection system in the south eight area are obtained.Aiming at energy consumption situation in south zone water injection system from the injection pump and injection system as a whole step-down two aspects respectively three step-down scheme design,and through the experimental method for comparing the energy saving effect of the program,through the field experiment finally determine the south eight area of water injection system is the most effective energy saving step-down transformation measures,measures of energy saving effect is obvious,electricity saving considerable amount.
