As a new technique, compound condensing method is introuced at first. Literature research have demonstrated that condensing heat recovery technique has excellent energy saving and environment protection effect. It has been also concluded that heat pump technique's high energy efficient ratio and widely use. Compound condensing technique integrates the advantages of condensing heat recovery technique and heat pump technique. The main job of this paper is to do a series of thermodynamics simulation to this new condensing heat recovery technique.This paper separately analyzed the principle and characteristic of water condensing +water condensing mode and air condensing +water condensing mode of compound condensing method. It is found that the building heating and cooling systems applied compound condensing method can well integrate the function of space cooling and space heating and sanitary hot water heating. The compound condensing method could well preserve energy, and its integration makes the investment of building heating and cooling system more economical. At the same time heat contamination and heat island effect in the city could be limited.The analytical mothod of finite-time thermodynamics, the concept and theory of endoreversible Carnot cycle model are introuced in this paper. A endorreversible condensing heat recovery model was established based on the the theory of finite-time thermodynamics and endorreversible Carnot cycle model in CYCLEPAD. The analysis method and material step of the simulation of compound condensing technique based on finite-time thermodynamics is advanced.A refrigeration cycle based on traditional refrigerant technique is formed with the software of CYCLEPAD. All the working state of the components of the cycle are confirmed based on large amount of experiment results, such as the compressor, the condensor, the evaporator and so on. A series of relation curves between different parameetres are the results of the simulation of the retraditional refrigerant mode. These curves are also the foundation of the simulation of the compound condensing technique.After this a water cooling + water cooling compound condensing model is constructed with the software of CYCLAPD. And the model has been initialized detailedly according to large amount of experiment. Then the simulation analysis of the model has been done with the method of finite-time thermodynamics, and get some relation curves between different parametres of the model. At last we find the relation curves between the ratio of the condensing heat can be recovered with the temperature of the outlet of the compressor.This paper has analyzed current building heating and cooling system mode and current simulation software, and has proposed its problems. Finally, future building heating and cooling system mode based on compound condensing method has been proposed., the same as the develop orientation of simulation software of buliding heatling and cooling system.
