Analysis Of Common Medical Equipment Configuration, Use And Demand In Primary Medical Institutions

In July 20,2010, the application and demonstration project of domestic innovation of medical equipment products was officially launched in Chongqing and promoted by Ministry of science and technology, Health and Family Planning Commission and relevant local government Up to now, demonstration projects for promoting the medical application has been implemented in 8 provinces and cities. This study is based on the basic requirements and evaluation of equipment in order to improve the application effect of medical devices evaluation and accurately judge the device configuration needs of primary health care institutions.FIRST:Objective and PurposeThrough the investigation of Chongqing city and Suzhou City,2327 sets of equipment exist in a total of 59 county hospitals, township (Center) hospitals and community health service center including 25 types of equipment, research the grass-roots medical staff generally need to all kinds of equipment, by interview of 10 medical institutions and medical equipment industry executives, county, township and community analysis of mechanism with demand for X Ray and ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SECOND:Methods and Data SourcesQuestionnaire method, interview method. Data was from the project functional requirements and evaluation of equipment base in medical device industry technology innovation strategic alliance (Chinese Medical Device Industry Association).THIRD:Result and Discussion1. Configuration of existing equipment:The county hospital has 24 types of equipment,140.45 sets every hospital.18 categories was possessed by township hospital,15 categories community institutions. The number of hospital equipment respectively were 17.92 sets and 14.67 sets. Township and community there are 8 types of equipment are equipped with the standard number ofhospital guidance than in 2009, the overall configuration level is low.All that time enabled 2277 sets of equipment, the average time was 4.88 years, about 1/3 of the equipment in the extended state, the average time was extended for 3.53 years, the overall use oflonger.In 2219 sets indicate the origin of the equipment, there are 73.28% domestic equipment, the average price of which is 74300 yuan, while imports of equipment average price of 552200 yuan. Comparison of specific types of equipment price, high value of precision instruments or first aid equipment mainly be imports equipment, while the low value and auxiliary equipment of domestic higher proportion.2, Effect evaluation of equipment application:Whether evaluation is "good" is according to the existing equipment in the "clinical effect", "reliability" "security", "repair service" and "talent training" 5 dimensions of the evaluation.The district for users of the reliability of the equipment "run" and "repair service" praise rate is low, the township health center separate evaluation device in the first 4 dimensions are higher; but the equipment operation also need more training.
