Clinical Observation Of Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Multiple Tic Disorder (cholesteat Type)

Objective:In this article, through the research on the basis of Wendan Decoction the clinical curative effect of treatment of children with Tourette syndrome(type of gallbladder Qi deficiency with phlegm and heat) and to explore its dialectical thought and drug laws,making scientific and objective evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Tourette syndrome,providing innovative and effective solutions for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:Taking the TS children as the research object, to 30 patients met the inclusion criteria of the children in Professor Xu Rongqian VIP Clinic, using their own control,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, with Wendan Decoction plus or minus based side with the disease.In the first 2 weeks after treatment respectively,4 weeks,8 weeks,24 weeks follow-up observation of its curative effect.Using self-made TS clinical observation form,and through the observed data in a table of statistical treatment of the two groups of the YGTSS score and TCM syndrome score changes.Through descriptive statistical method and application of statistical software SPSS 17,through analysis and discussion on the statistical results, observed with Wendan Decoction as the basic prescription in treating this type of Tourette syndrome in children with tic symptoms to improve the situation and TCM syndrome change situation, comparative analysis and summarize the therapeutic effect in the treatment.Results:Through clinical observation of 30 cases, shows the course of disease and curative effect in children with tic disorders have obvious correlation. Through the statistical analysis suggested:the YGTSS score and TCM syndrome score have significant difference before and after treatment. Although cured, markedly effective, effective cases are slightly different, but the total effective rate is consistent, can that Wendan Decoction based side in treatment of children with Tourette syndrome have obvious curative effect before and after treatment with. Conclusion:Based on the group of children with long into the clinical curative effect of 6 months of observation, and the relevant data for statistical analysis, suggesting that the shorter the course of disease, curative effect is relatively better, the longer the course of disease, curative effect is relatively poor; also confirmed with Wendan Decoction as the basic prescription in treating tourettesyndrome (disheartened phlegm heat type). The clinical curative effect is remarkable.
