Clinical Efficacy Observation On Qi Deficiency Phlegm-heat Type Of Senile Hypertension By Modified Buzhong Wendan Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of modified Buzhong Wendan Decoction on clinical symptoms and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in senile hypertensive patients with qi deficiency and phlegm-heat type,evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Buzhong Wendan Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension with qi deficiency and phlegm-heat type.Methods:120 elderly patients with syndrome of hypertension and qi deficiency and heat were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets;the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Buzhong Wendan Decoction and Irbesartan Tablets.The two groups were treated for 4weeks.The effects of TCM syndromes,TCM single symptom scores and total scores,Western medical efficacy and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure observation items were observed before and after treatment.The data were statistically analyzed and summarized.Results:After treatment in both groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of clinical efficacy and western medical efficacy of TCM syndromes(P < 0.05).The single symptom scores and total scores of TCM patients in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM single symptom scores and total scores after treatment in the treatment group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P <0.05).In the efficacy of the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure observation program,24 hSBP,24h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP and n DBP were significantly lower in the control group and the treatment group than before treatment(P <0.05);Obvious(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the n SBP and n DBP in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05),and the other observations did not change significantly(P>0.05).The systolic peak-to-valley ratio,diastolic peak-to-valley ratio,systolic pressure smoothing index and diastolic blood pressure smoothing index of the control group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.05);compared with the control group,the treatment group was treated.The ratio of diastolic peak to peak was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the other observations did not change significantly(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Buzhong Wendan Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly hypertensive patients(qi deficiency and heat type),and exert the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine;significantly reduce the nighttime blood pressure level of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure test and improve the diastolic blood pressure peak The ratio is especially suitable for the treatment of senile hypertension,which is characterized by better antihypertensive effect,more stable blood pressure,and no obvious adverse reactions.
