Clinical Analysis Of Percutaneous Granule In The Treatment Of Postmenopausal Women With Osteoporosis

Objective:To observe and assess the clinical curative effect of Guwei Prescription which used on osteoporosis of postmenopausal women.Methods:selected 63 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis in outpatient service as the object of the study in our hospital, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.31 cases of treatment group were treated by oral administration of Guwei Perscription,32 cases in the control group with oral administration of Calcium Carbonate Tablets + Calcitriol Soft Capsules treatment. Observe and analysis the effect of the two groups after 12 weeks of the treatment.Results:the two groups of drugs which for osteoporosis postmenopausal women have shown different curative effects.In the aspects of low back pain, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, long bone pain, lower limb flaccidity, inconvenient to walk and dizzy, after 12 weeks treatment of two groups comparing, all aspects of the symptom were decreased, with significant difference in statistics (P<0.05). The comparison in each group of low back pain, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, long bone pain symptom had no statistical difference (P>0.05); lower limb flaccidity, inconvenient to walk and dizzy symptom has statistically significant different (P<0.05), the treatment group has lower integration than the control group. In the total therapeutic effect, symptoms total score of the two groups have both declined with statistical significance of 2 groups comparison and within group comparison (P<0.05). The treatment group has lower symptom score than the control group while the BMD was higher than the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.32%, and the total effective rate of control group is 68.75%, the total effective rate of treatment group was better than the control group. In the aspect of bone densitometry, after 12 weeks treatment, the BMD values have increased in different degree. In the two groups’within comparisons have statistical difference (P< 0.05), the comparison between 2 groups has no statistical difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Using Guwei Perscription as a treatment, for improving clinical symptoms and BMD of postmenopausal women, indeed has a clear curative effect without obvious side reaction. It has equivalently curative effect to the Calcium Carbonate Tablets + Calcitriol Soft Capsules treatment basically.
