Clinical Study On Treatment Of Heel Pain With Thin 's

Purpose:The Bo’s abdominal acupuncture which is painless, safety, quick, also has other characteristics, it is easily accepted by the patients. In order to definite curative the treatment of painful heels by the Bo’s abdominal acupuncture, and find the therapeutic method which is painless、safety、effctive, the experiment compares the treatment effect between the abdominal acupuncture and traditional acupuncture.Methods:This subject collected 53 cases which are diagnosed as painful heels patients from May 2014 to February 2015,according to the randomized controlled clinical trial method and they are divided into treatment group (abdominal acupuncture group) and control group (traditional acupuncture group),the abdominal acupuncture group is made up of 35 cases of foot, the body acupuncture group contains 18 cases of foot. To fulfill the observation and statistics of the PRI score, VAS score, PPI score before the treatment, then do the same work after five and ten times’ treatment,use the specialized statistical software SPSS17.0 to handle all the datas.Results:After the acupuncture treatment,all of the 53 cases of foot patients have achieved good results. In the treatment group (abdominal acupuncture group) five cases of foot are recovered,14 cases of foot are significant,14 cases of foot are effective,1 case of foot is ineffective,the total efficiency rate is 97.1%;Among the control group (body acupuncture group),four cases of foot are recovered, six cases of foot are significant, six cases of foot are effective, two cases of foot are ineffective,the total efficiency rate is 89.9%.The PRI treatment score,PPI score, VAS score of the treatment group are much better than the control group after the five and ten times’ treatment, there are significant differences between them, which are statistically significant meanings (P<0.05).Conclusions:The abdominal acupuncture and traditional body acupuncture both can treat the painful heels effectively, while the efficacy of the abdominal acupuncture is better than the traditional body acupuncture in the treatment of painful heels. Because of Bo’s abdominal acupuncture therapy painless and safety, it is easily accepted by the patients,own more clinically in elasticity,benefit to clinically popularization and application.
