Evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Kai-si-guan Combined With Abdominal Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder In Women

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kaisi Relevant Acupuncture plus Abdominal Acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in female patients.Methods: Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,72 female patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were hospitalized in psychiatry department of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to July 2018 were collected according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion with dredging meridians and dredging collaterals,regulating qi and balancing Yin and Yang of viscera.The method of envelope randomized grouping design was adopted,according to 1:1.05.Randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with oral escitalopram oxalate tablets for anti-anxiety.The treatment group was treated with four related abdominal acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Standard scores of ZUNG anxiety scale were collected before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment in the two groups,and the reduction rate of curative effect was calculated to evaluate the universality of open four related abdominal acupuncture treatment.Clinical efficacy of female patients with anxiety disorder.Results: Statistical analysis showed that 1.Anxiety symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after one week of treatment,and the treatment of open-four-association combined abdominal acupuncture could improve the clinical efficacy of female patients with generalized anxiety disorder;2.The treatment duration of open-four-association combined abdominal acupuncture had an impact on the clinical efficacy of female patients with generalized anxiety disorder,and combined acupuncture treatment was imminent.2 weeks is better than 1 week;3.The treatment course affects the number of women with generalized anxiety disorder significantly improved,and the number of women with combined acupuncture treatment significantly improved after 2 weeks is higher than that after 1 week.Conclusiong: Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets and oral Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets are effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.However,the effect of Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets is better than that of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets alone in the treatment of anxiety disorder.: Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets and oral Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets are effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.However,the effect of Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets is better than that of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets alone in the treatment of anxiety disorder.:Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets and oral Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets are effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.However,the effect of Kaiquan combined with abdominal needle acupuncture combined with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets is better than that of Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets alone in the treatment of anxiety disorder.
