| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment ofhepatobiliary Huosheng type of herpes zoster, with the Western anti viral,neurotrophic drug therapy were observed the clinical effect, demonstrated theeffectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of hepatobiliary Huosheng typeof herpes zoster.Method: From2013June to2014March materials Liaoning University of TraditionalChinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated ambulatory patients with herpes zoster.52cases will be incorporated into the standard, in accordance with the principleof randomization were divided into control group (26cases) and the treatmentgroup (26cases). The control group was given Aciclovir Tablets0.8g5timesa day orally, vitamin B1,0.1g3times a day orally, treatment group was givenacupuncture treatment in the control group on the basis of.1times a day, every10days for a course of treatment, a total of2courses. After the end of treatment,compare the efficacy evaluation and using the SPSS software, to analyze thestatistical significance.Results:1.After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate in treatment groupwas96.2%, control group in the total efficiency of76.9%, rank sum test,P=0.037<0.05, two groups had significantly difference, with statisticalsignificance, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantlyhigher than the control group, acupuncture therapeutic effect in the treatmentof herpes zoster the exact.Conclusion:1.The clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of herpes zosterSheng type gallbladder fire is exact and sure, should be in clinical use. |
