Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Bloodletting Therapy Of Herpes Zoster

Purpose: randomized controlled effect of acupuncture combined with bloodlettingtreatment of herpes zoster, treatment, patient acceptability, the analysis of acupuncturecombined with bloodletting feasibility of the treatment of herpes zoster. Key is to standardizethe operation technique, the evaluation of clinical curative effect and the treatment of themechanism. I hope to open up a new path for treatment of herpes zoster, and in clinicalpractice.Methods: This study used a randomized controlled observation, observed60cases ofherpes zoster patients met the inclusion criteria, divided into treatment and control groups, thetreatment group using acupuncture bloodletting therapy combined treatment group using oralacyclovir and vitamin B1, B12conventional therapy. Both groups were treated for7days.Again the curative effect of two groups of are compared and analyzed. All the data are usedstatistical software SPSS13.0analysis.Results:(1) the curative effect is:7days of treatment the treatment group of30invalid0, effective7, cured23people and the total effective rate was100%; The control group of30invalid2people, effective12people, cure16people, the total effective rate was93.3%.Analysis shows that seven days for the curative effect of treatment group was better than thecontrol group.Conclusion: through this research I got the concludes as follows(1)Standardize the acupuncture bloodletting therapy with shingles technical operation.(2)The research shows us that the acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy caneffectively treat herpes zoster, showing a clear advantage compared with other therapies.(3) The acupuncture bloodletting therapy combined with simple operation, low cost, andthe results were indeed, without any side effects, easy to be accepted by patients, etc., shouldbe popularized.
