Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on medicine-separated moxibustion treatment with primary dysmenorrheal caused by the cold and blood stagnation.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea caused by the cold and blood stagnation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. The treatment group received the medicine-separated moxibustion treatment; control group with the mild moxa-moxibustion therapy. The same two sets of acupoints, to impose the same care during treatment, all patients began treatment three days before menstruation, once a day, every30-40minutes moxibustion, continuous treatment for seven days as a course of treatment to observe a total3medications (ie, three menstrual cycles). Referring to the People’s Republic of China pharmaceutical industry standard,"TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy standards",for each group were assessed by using the visual Analogue Scale, dysmenorrhea score and quantify the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea scores in before and after1,3course of treatment, observe its clinical efficacy and safety, for statistical comparative analysis.Results:(1) clinical curative effect:the treatment group of29cases:8cases were cured,10cases were markedly effective, effective9cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of93.10%; control group of28cases:6cases were cured,13cases markedly effective, effective4cases, invalid5cases, the total efficiency of82.14%. Comparison of the efficiency of the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), indicating a therapeutic efficiency of two kinds of treatment methods for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.(2) improvement in pain:the two groups before and after treatment the comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), showed that the two kinds of therapy can obviously improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.Between the two groups after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), showed that the two kinds of therapy was not significant difference in improving the degree of pain.(3) improve the dysmenorrhea symptom score:the two groups before and after treatment the comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),showed that the two kinds of therapy can reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrheal score, the improvement of clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea; between the two groups after treatment, there was no significa difference after1courses of treatment (P>0.05), the difference was statistically significant after3courses of treatment (P<0.05), showed that the medicine-separated moxibustion in improves dysmenorrheal clinical symptoms is better than the moxa-moxibustion, and the longer the duration, the more obvious effects of improving the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.(4) improve the TCM symptoms quantify integral:comparison of two groups before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),showed that the two kinds of therapy can significantly reduce the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms, improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine; between the two groups after1and3courses of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), showed that the medicine-separated moxibustion in improving the clinical symptoms, signs and other aspects of dysmenorrhea effect is better than the moxa-moxibustion.Conclusion:The medicine-separated moxibustion is roughly equalent to the moxa-moxibustion in terms of clinical efficacy and improvement in pain, the two treatments can effectively treat primary dysmenorrheal caused by the cold and blood stagnation, can significantly reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea. However,Compared with the mild moxa-moxibustion, the medicine-separated moxibustion is more effective in improving subjective symptoms of dysmenorrhea, signs and daily activities. Its security is good, with a clinical application value.
