Purpose:Toexplorethe clinicalcurativeeffectofacupunctureonpost-strokedepression.Material and method: According to traditional Chinese and western medicinefor Stroke and Depression diagnostic criteria, we choosed a total of56patientswith cerebral K1division, between January2013and December2013hospitalrehabilitation center in liaoning province,30cases were randomly divided intoobservation group and26patients were divided into control group, two groupswere given conventional treatment, observation group was given acupuncturetreatment,base on dredge qi activity and brain nerves,1time/day, retainingneedle for30minutes,4weeks for a period of treatment; The control group wasgiven fluoxetine (prozac)20mg orally,1time/d, the course of4weeks. Beforeand after treatment with HAMD scale, nerve function defect symptoms scale, dailylife ability scale (ADL) and TCM syndrome scoring scale evaluation in patientswith depression and nerve function defect, daily life ability and the clinicalsyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:In the treatment of post-stroke depression, observation group (total effectiverate was80.0%) and the control group (total effective rate was76.9%) wereeffective, P>0.05, no statistical difference. On neurologic injury recoveryeffect, the observation group (the total effective rate was80.0%) compared withcontrol group (total effective rate was57.7%), P <0.05, the observation groupwas better than that of control group, with statistical significance. On theclinical symptoms of TCM curative effect, the observation group (total effectiverate was83.3%) compared with control group (total effective rate was53.8%),P <0.05, the observation group was better than that of control group, withstatistical significance. On the security, the adverse reactions of observation group were obviously less than control group, had higher safety.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression has significant curative effect,and the nerve function defect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and clinicalsymptoms are improved significantly, and higher safety. |
