| Objective:The purpose of this study is to use the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) Lotensin and angiotensin â…¡ receptor antagonist (ARB) Stan on primary hypertension (Essential, Hypertension, EH) treatment, using radioimmunoassay to detect PRA, Angll, ALD and ET before and after treatment, monitoring of24hours ambulatory blood pressure, and compared before and after treatment were observed, Lotensin and Stan the existence of plasma aldosterone (Aldosterone, ALD) and blood pressure changes escape phenomenon, get the influence of RAS on hypertension and its mechanism from.Methods:100patients with primary hypertension patients, randomly divided into Lotensin group (10mg/d) and valsartan group (80mg/d), the two group were50cases.
