Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction

Objective:Observed in the clinical application of Yiqi Qiang xin Decoction effect for the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:In patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group and experimental group of 30 cases respectively.Control to conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group to add clothing Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction of Chinese medicine decoctionon the basis of the control group. Drug treatment for 3 months, followed up for 3 months,a total of6 months, observe and record the classification of the heart function, NT-pro BNP, ardiac ultrasound(EF),the correlation index of 6MWT, clinical symptoms andquality of life core points scoring results of patients before and after treatment.Results:1、After treatment, two groups of patients with cardiac functional grading were significantly reduced,experimental group than the control group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).2、After treatment, two groups of patients with cardiac ultrasound LVEF values than before treatment are improved,experimental group than the control group improved more significantly(P<0.05).3、After treatment, two groups of patients with BNP levels are lower than before treatment, experimental group than the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).4、After treatment, two groups of patients with 6MWT distance than before treatmentcould improve the,experimental group than the control group was increased significantly(P<0.05).5、After treatment, two groups of patients with TCM symptom score lower than before the treatment are(symptoms improved), experimental group than the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).6、After treatment, two groups of quality of life scale scores were increased compared with before treatment,experimental group the way to improve is more obvious than control(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical application of Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction well in the efficacy of the treatment of chronic heart failure.1. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can ameliorate heart function in patients with chronic heart failure;2. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can improve 6MWT in patients with chronic heart failure distance;3. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction could reduce the BNP levels in patients with chronic heart failure;4. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can ameliorate the value of LVEF in patients with chronic heart failure;5. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can ameliorate clinical symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure(TCM Syndrome);6. Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can ameliorate the patient’s quality of life.
