Study On The Law Of Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Based On Chinese Medicine

Purpose:To explore the characteristics of idiopathic membranous nephropathy syndrome differentiation type of TCM and medicine law. In accordance with the spirit of evidence-based medicine, to carry out IMN nearly 20 years of literature research, from analysis of IMN common TCM syndrome differentiation and medication rule, explore the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and TCM Syndrome Types and, provided the evidence of evidence-based medicine for syndrome differentiation and treatment of IMN’s work, for the clinical treatment and scientific research and provide decision support.Material and method:Retrieval Chinese biomedical database(CBM), Tsinghua journal full text database(CNKI), VIP Chinese Journal Full-text Database(VIP), Wanfang database ", with membranous nephropathy", "idiopathic membranous nephropathy", "idiopathic membranous nephropathy" as the key words, primary retrieval, using "treatment", "clinical", "efficacy", "Chinese medicine", "Chinese medicine" and "combining Chinese and Western medicine" were second retrieval,and tracing the related manual retrieval periodicals, the paper version method, ultimate collection of 367 papers, screening a total of 47 articles were collected, and the Excel software to establish the statistical database related, data entry, drug treatment of IMN syndrome, the IMN of the tropism of taste and frequency, drug categories of statistics analysis; all prescription entry SPSS19.0 cluster analysis, and the use of "taking the party verification" theory, to explore the prescriptions of treating IMN and its common syndrome, summarize the rule of Chinese medicine treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy syndrome and treatment.Results:1.Distribution of syndrome of idiopathic membranous nephropathy: the top five were spleen and kidney qi deficiency(22.64%), deficiency of both qi and Yin(16.35%), spleen deficiency and dampness heat(13.84), deficiency of Qi and blood stasis(12.58%) and deficiency of spleen and kidney yang(12.58%), the rest accounted for 14.46%. 2. High frequency of drug class distribution: involving a total of 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, the top 5 were the tonic medicine(42.29%), promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, heat clearing drugs(18.64%)(13.75%), diuresis medicine(10.54%), astringent(6.43%),Using the cumulative frequency of 91.65%,Tonic medicine, Qi Bhd drug, enrich the blood, yin tonic the proportion respectively 62%, 14.29%, 13.07%, 10.64%. Four distribution: temperature(35.93%), cold(32.21%), flat(25.23%), the cumulative frequency of up to 93.37%; five(41.47%): sweet taste distribution, bitter, pungent(25.54%)(15.48%), mild(4.87%), sour(4.63%),(4%), salt(astringency 3.76%), the cumulative frequency of the three reached 82.76%; meridian distribution: the liver(19.89%), kidney(17.6%), spleen(16.7%), lung(10.79%), heart(9.8%), stomach(7.96%), bladder(5.67%), Escherichia coli(4.33%), the small intestine(3.23%), heart bag(2.54%), gallbladder meridian(1.49%).3. The results of cluster analysis: basic prescription for the treatment of IMN, radix rehmanniae, cortex moutan Rhizoma alismatis, raw land, dogwood, epimedium, Cistanche, coix seed, Herba Leonuri, Salvia miltiorrhiza, tuckahoe, yam, astragalus, largehead atractylodes rhizome, dangshen, Chinese wolfberry; Another 5 by clustering results of clinical significance: white gourd peel, Pericarpium Arecae, Fructus Gardeniae, Yin Chen, Herba Scutellariae barbatae; Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Gorgon fruit, mulberry cuttlebone, Bombyx Batryticatus; cogongrass rhizome, Polyporus umbellatus, baikal skullcap root, Oldenlandia diffusa; Angelica, chuanxiong, peach kernel, earthworm, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Scrophulariae; Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, glossy privet fruit, Eclipta, too Zi Can.Conclusion:This study shows, compound traditional Chinese medicine treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney is the most common; frequency of drug use involving a total of 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in all, a total of 51 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine. The tonic and the blood circulation of the drug use frequency is highest; four high-frequency drugs with cold, warm, flat is most common, five sweet flavor to most, owned by the liver, kidney, spleen by to see more.
