Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Damp - Heat - Dampness - Dampness - Deficiency Syndrome By Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicines

Purpose:To odserved the improvement in skin lesions of acute eczema(Damp-heat Type)patients,compared the curative effect of Western treatments alone with the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.To explore and seek a good treatment method that with more significant curative effects, minimizing the accompanying symptoms,lower side effect,longer the pesticideeffect last,good prognosis and lower recurrence risk. Material and method:We observed the clinical curative effect on the cases selected from the eczema patients(Damp-heat Type) who went to the dermatology outpatient of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital during February 2014 to December 2014. The 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group: the treatment group of 30 cases with LongDan XieGan Tang 100 ml, 3 times a day orally, Chlortrimeton 4mg, 3 times a day orally,Loratadine 10 mg,1 time a day orally,wet dressing of Chinese herbs,3 times a day externally; the control group of 30 cases with Chlortrimeton 4mg, 3 times a day orally,Loratadine 10 mg,1 time a day orally,wet dressing of Chinese herbs,3 times a day externally.The two groups both astwo weeks as a course of treatment, and after two courses of treatment continuously, evaluated the clinical efficacy according to the integral changes before and after treatment of the skin lesions and Traditional Chinese Medicinesyndrome scores. Results: 1. The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.05%, andthe control group was 61.26%. The efficiency in both groups compared, the differences were significant( P<0.05). 2. The scores of skin lesions and Traditional Chinese Medicinesyndrome in two groups with significant difference before and after the treatment( P<0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: 1. The therapeutic method of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of acute eczema(Damp-heat Type)patients. 2. The therapeutic method of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment of acute eczema(Damp-heat Type)patients significantly better than the Western treatments alone, worthy of further promotion applications.
