| Objective: To summarize the clinical data of 90 cases of erysipelas with dampness heat and toxin accumulation in vascular surgery ward of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 3years,and analyze the effectiveness of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Materials and methods:Participants: from January 1,2017 to June 1,2019,the patients with erysipelas admitted to the vascular surgery ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine met the inclusion criteria of this study and the syndrome diagnosis criteria of "dampness heat toxin accumulation type erysipelas".Research methods: through the collected clinical data,the age,gender,predisposing factors,and clinical symptoms before and after treatment of the patients were sorted out,and the patients’ clinical symptoms(pain sensation,swelling degree,skin temperature,skin color,swelling and pain of inguinal lymph nodes,blisters,skin damage,etc.)were self-designed score table,and spss23.0 was used Statistical software analysis,and the group of patients telephone follow-up,calculate the recurrence rate of erysipelas 6 months after discharge.According to the results of the study,the therapeutic methods,therapeutic effects and recurrence factors of erysipelas with damp heat and toxin accumulation were discussed.Result:1.After 7 days of treatment,37 cases were cured,46 cases were effective,7cases were effective,the total effective rate was 100%;2.After treatment,the white blood cell count and the percentage of neutrophil s decreased significantly compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05);3.the recurrence rate was 7.78% after 6 months discharge.Conclusion:1.This group of cases were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,internal and external treatment.After treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the blood routine was effectively restored to normal.2.Compared with the recurrence rate of erysipelas treated by other combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the method adopted in this group can reduce the recurrence rate. |
