| Purpose:Treatment for bile reflux gastritis with Tong Jiang method were lessons learned. Theory and application of evidence-based medicine about Tong Jiang Treatment System Evaluation bile reflux gastritis relevant literature, and screening out 12 Meta-analysis of the literature to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Material and method:Treatment for bile reflux gastritis with Chinese medicine Tong Jiang method and computer search CNKI,CBM,VIP,WANFANG four databases and manual search methods to collect the relevant Chinese medicine Tong Jiang method BRG randomized controlled clinical study, the collection of documents based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, the treatment, prescriptions mathematical statistics, and the use of evidence-based medicine, systematic reviews of the effectiveness and the recurrence rate.Results: 1.Treatment for bile reflux gastritis with Chinese medicine Tong Jiang method with good results. 2. Evaluation of the collected literature, found that most of the literature of lower methodological quality, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine ’s not fixed, random method is not clear, there is no uniform diagnostic criteria, clinical criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Few studies blinding of follow-up, lost, shedding little description, and rarely mentioned adverse reactions. 3. Jadad final application of the literature to evaluate the final table included 12 Meta- analysis of the literature, but only 2 to 3 fraction of high-quality literature, Meta analysis showed that treatment of BRG with Tong Jiang method better than western medicine and the recurrence rate is low comparedwith western medicine group.Conclusion: 1. Whether the efficacy of clinical experience or interpretation Meta-analysis results can certainly through lowering therapy treatment of BRG is obvious 2. Clinical research is still needed today and more high-quality literature results have to prove and additions. |
