Analysis Of Professor Jiang Shumin's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis Based On The TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platfor

Purpose:With the help of data mining technology,we explored Professor Jiang Shumin’s medication rules for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,summarized his clinical experience and main academic ideas,and provided new ideas for the clinical treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Research methods:From August 1,2020 to September 30,2021,the medical records of patients who were diagnosed with bile reflux gastritis who were in the expert clinic of Professor Jiang Shumin of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,and standardized processing was entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)The software builds a database.The results are obtained through frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and entropy cluster analysis and displayed in the form of graphs.Subjective analysis of the results of the study was conducted to discuss the medication rules and main academic thoughts of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Results:1.General situation: Among the 102 cases of BRG medical records that meet the criteria,29were male patients,accounting for 28.4% of the total;73 patients were female,accounting for71.6% of the total.The age of patients ranges from 18 to 89 years old,and the age distribution is mainly concentrated between 40 and 69 years old.Among them,the most frequent age range is 50 to 59 years old,reaching 38 people,accounting for 37.25% of the total number.2.Frequency statistics: There are 25 BRG-related clinical symptoms involved in this study,with a total frequency of 321.Common symptoms include gastric burning,acid reflux,gastric pain,gastric fullness,pharyngeal discomfort,hiccups,and dry mouth,Loose stools,painful mouth,constipation,anorexia,sleep soundness,good rest,nausea,etc.This study involved 6types of syndromes.The common types of syndromes are liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome(39.22%),liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome(27.45%),and stomach-yin deficiency syndrome(14.71%).The 102 first prescriptions that meet the standard include 100 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication is 1685.The high-frequency medicines include Astragalus,Baiji,Coix Seed,Poria,Light Douchi,Gardenia,etc.The most frequently used medicine was cold medicine(51.22%),followed by warm medicine(26.53%);the statistical results of medicine taste frequency were bitter,sweet,pungent,(astringent),salty,and sour.The total frequency of drug return was 4150 times,and the top 4 were stomach meridian(21.52%),lung meridian(20.51%),spleen meridian(15.93%),liver meridian(14.12%).3.Association rule analysis: analysis of 25 commonly used drug combinations such as Astragalus-Baiji,Poria-Coix Seed,Light Douchi-Gardenia and so on.Commonly used prescriptions include 9 traditional Chinese medicines including Astragalus,Baiji,Poria,Coix Seed,Light Douchi,Gardenia,Forsythia,Dandelion,Sophora flavescens.4.Cluster analysis: Obtain Amomum villosum＿Yinchen＿Baijiao＿White cardamom,Dandelion＿Sophora flavescens＿Ginger Pinellia＿Forsythia,Dandelion＿Trichosanthes＿Shenqu＿Forsythia,Malt＿Scutellariabarbata＿Ceramic＿turmeric＿turmeric＿Yu Jin,Shegan,Amomum villosum,Wei Lingxian,Yinchen,White Cardamom and other 5 new recipe combinations.Conclusion:1.Professor Jiang Shumin believes that BRG disease is located in the gallbladder and stomach,and the disease is due to the deficiency of the original and the actual condition.The etiology includes insufficient endowment,improper diet,emotional injury,etc.The basic pathogenesis is liver(gallbladder)and stomach discord.2.Professor Jiang Shumin’s main idea of treating BRG is to invigorate the spleen and stomach,soothe the liver and promote gallbladder,mediate the qi machine,and use the medicines of pungent to relieve bitterness and reduce the infiltration of sweetness and tonic.3.The commonly used prescriptions are composed of 9 medicines,including the main treatment methods such as invigorating qi and invigorating the spleen,clearing away heat and promoting gallbladder,detoxification and eliminating carbuncle.4.In this study,the clinical medical records of Professor Jiang Shumin’s treatment of BRG were sorted out and analyzed in the form of data mining,and five new prescription combinations that may have clinical significance were obtained,which played a role in inheriting and innovating Professor Jiang’s clinical experience.
