| Purpose:The incidence of stroke is increasing year by year, the incidence of infection after stroke up to 20%, which is the main cause of death in stroke, and died in the first post-stroke associated pneumonia accounted for concurrent infection, and is also one of the risk factors that lead to patient death. Existing literature studies suggest that medical treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia and achieved good results,so play the advantages of Chinese medicine, integrative medicine, and more comprehensive treatment approach is the direction of future research and trends. This topic through the analysis of characteristics and treatment of pneumonia realted to stroke,prevention,ect.Prospective randomized controlled clinical trials evaluated Qianjing Weijing decoction intreatment of stroke-related pneumonia and safety for clinical diagnosis and treatment of stroke-related pneumonia and provide objective basis.Material and method:In this study, patients were collected from January 2014 to December 2014 Sujia Tun Chinese Medicine Hospital ICU ward for treatment of stroke associated pneumonia diagnosed in 60 patients, all patients were in accord with 1995 set by the fourth session of the national cerebrovascular disease diagnosis standard and China expert consensus of diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia correlation stroke set of standards for the diagnosis of pneumonia correlation stroke. According to the principle of a randomized, controlled, 60 cases of stroke patients associated pneumonia were divided into experimental and control groups. Treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. The two groups are the conventional Western medicine is based on the experimental group home Qianjing Weijing decoction on the basis of an oral or nasal Western conventional therapy. 7 days for a course of treatment, two courses, check the statistics related evaluation, including temperature changes, changes in inflammatory markers, antipyretics and physical cooling frequency of use, sputumnight, the cough cases, pulmonary rales, PO2,Sa O2, ICU length of stay, and records related adverse reactions. Using SPSS17.0 software package for data analysis and processing.Result: 1.Compare the clinical comprehensive efficacy between the two groups, experimental group of clinical comprehensive effect compared with control group, experimental group is better than the control group. 2.By comparing the two groups of patients before and after the body temperature of stroke associated pneumonia treatment, inflammatory markers, antipyretics and physical cooling frequency of use, sputum night, the cough cases, pulmonary rales, PO2, Sa O2,ICU length of stay, indicating the effect of the experimental group after more than the control group. 3.By efficacy endpoint of the two groups were statistically analyzed, differences were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05), the application prompts Qianjing Weijing decoction stroke-related pneumonia have a therapeutic effect. 4.Two groups of patients during treatment showed no significant adverse reactions. 5.This study suggested that group’s Qianjin Weijing decoction on treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia have a certain effect in improving the clinical symptoms,clinical applications of significance.Conclusion: 1.Clinical efficacy Qianjin Weijing decoction exact stroke-related pneumonia, a significant role for improving clinical symptoms, signs and other aspects have confirmed the daughter of reed stems Treated stroke associated pneumonia has clinical significance. 2.This study prompted Qianjin Weijing decoction in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia,and achieved good control inflammatory effect. 3.In western medicine, on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the QianjinWeijing decoction treating pneumonia correlation stroke can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, improve curative effect, shorten ICU length of hospital stay, and high safety, deserves further research. |
