Clinical Observation Of Qianjinweijing Decoction Combined With Bufei Decoction In The Treatment Of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia With Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qianjinweijing Decoction combined with Bufei Decoction in thetreatment of ventilator associated pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung,and evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Methods :Sixty paient s with intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing lung type)admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group.Control group using the conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatmen-t group was treated with nasal feeding Qianjinweijing Decoction combined with Bufei Decoction for one dose per-day.The clinical efficacy,acute physiol ogical and chron-ic health status scores,clinical pulmonary infection scores,changes in inflammatory indexes,stay in the inten-sive care unit,mechanical ventilation time and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results :1.Statistical analysis showed that the two groups were comparable in gender,age,body weight,underlying diseases and disease course before inclusion(P>0.05).2.After treatment,there were statistical significance in TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in acute physiological and chronic health evaluate between the two groups(P<0.05).Clinical pulmonary infection score comparison,after treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison of inflammatory indicators such as white blood cell count,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein among groups after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Compared with the time of admission and mechanical ventilation,the length of ICU stay was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the duration of mechanical ventilation was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.In the treatment group after treatment,three routi-ne examinations,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,ch est radiograph,electrocardiogram,etc.There found no obvious abnormalities,and no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Qianjin weijing Decoction combined with Bufei Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructive pulmonary obstruction,reduce acute physiological and chronic health status scores,reduce inflammatory response control pulmonary infection,and reduce mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization time.And it has certain safety and effectiveness.
