Clinical Observation On Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction Of Bronchiectasis Secondary Infection (Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung) And The Effect On IL-8

Objective:Clincal observation on modified Qianjin Weijing decoction of bronchiectasis secondary infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung) and the effect on IL-8.Methods:A randomized controlled trial study method to 70 cases of patients with bronchiectasis secondary infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung) were divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases), the control group was given oral Avelox and Eucalyptol treatment, the treatment group to the control group on the basis of modified Qianjin Weijing decoction. Treatment for 10 days. Observe two groups of patients in the clinical symptoms and signs before and after medication and the change of serum IL-8.Results:1. modified Qianjin Weijing decoction treating bronchiectasis secondary infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung) of clinical curative effect is distinct.The total effective rate:treatment group is 93.94%,control group is 88.57%, compared the two groups have statistical significance,with no bad raction.2. modified Qianjin Weijing decoction can significantly improve TCM syndrome,especially in cough、yellow sputum、dry、astriction,the treatment group is better than that in control group (P< 0.05).3.the two groups can reduce the content of serum IL-8, before and after treatment comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).Comparison between groups, the treatment group is obviously better than the extent of the content of serum IL-8 in the control group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).4.Two groups were all decreased white blood cell count, the content changes before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparison between the two groups after treatment groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. modified Qianjin Weijing decoction treating bronchiectasis secondary infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung) of clinical curative effect is distinct, can improve the patients’clinical syndromes. especially in cough、yellow sputum、dry、astriction.2. modified Qianjin Weijing decoction can effectively reduce the bronchiectasis secondary infection(phlegm-heat obstructing lung)patients with serum IL-8 levels.
