Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With

Objectives:Evaluation of the clinical curative effect of Xiangmuhuoxuesan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, to further explore the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Method:This study from 2013 April to 2014 April treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with knee osteoarthritis, according to the diagnostic criteria, exclusion criteria, select 90 patients in clinical study, were randomly divided into 2 groups, a total of 60 cases included in the final analysis, including Xiangmuhuoxuesan treatment group (28 cases), Voltaren group (32 cases). Two groups use the short form McGill pain questionnaire (SF-MPQ), the degree of joint swelling score, evaluation before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks of knee pain, swelling and adverse reaction. Comparing the score changes before, after treatment, clinical observation.Results:1.the treatment group for 2 weeks,4 weeks SF-MPQ and before treatment, swelling scores were statistically significant differences (P<0.05); for 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05). The control group for 2 weeks, 4 weeks before and after treatment SF-MPQ score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); for 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05).While the control group were treated for 2 weeks and 4 weeks before and after treatment the degree of swelling and there was no significant difference (P>0.05); for 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment is no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).2.The treatment group and the control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks of SF-MPQ and swelling degree of comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).3.Comparison of the two groups were treated for 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).4.1n 30 cases of falling out, involving 7 cases of allergic skin, they are all Xiangmuhuoxuesan group.Conclusion:1.Xiangmuhuoxuesan in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis curative effect is obvious, can significantly improve the patient’s pain and swelling, in the observation period, the curative effect is better than that of Voltaren;2.in the course of treatment, part of the use of Xiangmuhuoxuesan the patients with allergic skin reaction.
