Objective:To observe the effect of invigorating spleen and regulating qi, removing stagnation laxative method (four medicinal abrasive Shun Chang Decoction) and probiotics Jinshuangqi on functional constipation (spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome) clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:screening of Western medicine diagnosis of functional constipation,120 cases of patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 cases,60 cases in the control group, the treatment group was given four grinding decoction treatment along the intestinal Bifidobacterium alloy biantong capsule, control group with treatment, treatment for 2 weeks, observed and compared before and after treatment the total scores of symptoms, the clinical symptoms, adverse reactions and other indicators, evaluate the clinical curative effect by statistical software SPSS 19.0 and recurrence condition.Results:1, efficacy analysis:treatment group 16 cases were cured,27 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective,1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.34%, the effective rate was 71.67%; the control group 3 cases were cured,23 cases markedly effective,33 cases effective,1 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.33%, markedly effective rate 43.33%, the total efficiency of treatment group and control group were similar, but the curative rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.2, analysis of clinical symptoms:after treatment of TCM syndrome two cases total score were significantly improved (P< 0.01), but the treatment group TCM syndrome total score better than the control group (P< 0.05). The treatment group in improving abdominal distension, want to be unable or defecate after Yiyouweijin, after eating hi by abdominal distension, pale tongue, white or pale tongue with teeth marks on the tender and other symptoms, the curative effect is better than that of control group (P< 0.05); but for difficult defecation, defecation time, defecation interval and other symptoms the improvement and control group efficacy (P> 0.05).3, safety:two groups of patients in taking medication during treatment did not appear allergies and intolerance to the drug phenomenon, no obvious side effect.Conclusion:the spleen deficiency and qi stagnation is functional constipation (FC) pathogenic key, Jianpi Yiqi, removing stagnation laxative method combined with probiotics in the treatment of functional constipation (spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome) curative effect, safety and no side effect.
