Hyperthermia is a new technique for oncology treatment using thermal bio-effect. In recent 20 years, it has gained some favorable effects in clinical practice, and is recognized by more and more doctors and patients. Thermal therapy is becoming another important treatment method after surgery^ chemical therapy > radio therapy and bio-therapy. At the beginning of the research, there are a group of temperature and time parameters, not a simple parameter, showing the heated effects. At present, there is no professional and intelligent dosimeter equipment in China, which hampers its popularization greatly. In this paper, the work we have completed includes:1. On the base of thermal therapy and thermal dose principle, we have developed our thermal dosimeter which applies both computer and transducer technology.2.The sign of temperature is by extracted mini-thermal-electronic-couple transducer, and amplified by preamplification circuit and main magnifier. The processed data are sent to the computer after A/D Conversion , which is displayed in curve form through the software controlling panel built by Delphi 3.3. The bond of temperature controlling and thermal therapy has been achieved, the experimental prototype of thermal dosimeter equipment has been developed and clinical experiment scheme has been designed.4. The usability of our system is confirmed by preliminary but successful phantom and human experiments, creating an essential prerequisite for making formal products.
