Object:The experiment is to study the Chinese medicine Chuang-Yu-Gao's effect on curing open injury of soft tissue and explore the feasibility building injury model with uncomplete cutting and the mechanism of "Chinese traditional medical external treatment".Methods: Sixteen Rabbits were devided into muscle groups and skin groups , each contains eight rabbits, In this experiment , we will compare the changes in the two groups. Gastrocnemius muscle and two sides of skin along the spine are injured. Chuang-Yu-Gao are mainly consists of the tuber of hyacinth bletilla, crude Chinese rhubarb, Xue-jie, ginseng, pearl powder, frankincense, borneol, safflower, etc. Chuang-Yu-Gao is immediately applied externally to the cut after building model, cleaning the cut and changing the medicine again every day. The spead of cure is compared through measuring the cut area in each skin group. And the cure of muscle is explained with histology slice in muscle groups. Two rabbits selected seperately in three, five, elevenand thirty days after injury are killed, and then the muscular gas trocnemius is taken out to be made paraffin, wax slice, dyed by H.E. The changes of CK activity in serum are determined before injury and in twenty-four hours after injury.Results: There are marked difference in CKactivity after injury(p<0. 01) . In control groups, there are much more inflammatory cells, muscular cells decrease, muscular cell nucleus tend to center and capillary increase in three days after injury. Another, connective tissue multiplies in thirty days after injury. In medicine groups, compared with the controlled groups, there are fewer inflammatory cells, inflammation are not apparent in three days after injury, and the directions of new tissue are in accord with the former cells, veins appears in new Striated muscles , muscular cells continue to multiply and stretch in thirty days after injury. In addition, there are marked differences in cure areas in skin groups,too.Conclusions: The Chinese medicine Chuang-Yu-Gao can restrain inflammation apparently, reduce bleeding and prevent edema during early phrase of injury, while it can accelerate growing of tissue, and decrease scar during medium or later phrase. Building the injury model with uncomplete cutting makes the injury more grievous. The cut in medicine group cures easily and the scar is smaller than that in control group. |
