| This article relates traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine recent research of osteoarthritis of knee according to lots of materials.Osteoarthritis of knee exists in articular cartilage and there is no obvious change in synovium in the first period. Retrograde afflection and abrade of cartilage, cirrhosis of substance of bone, cystic degeneration and articular transfiguration are the center of the osteoarthritis of knee in the last period. TCM think kidney vacuity and marrow depletion and scarcity of qi and blood made bone and muscle malnutrition. Invasion of wind and cold, discord of qi and blood and block in main and collateral channels made more malnutrition.Recent therapeutical tenets on osteoarthritis of knee comprise traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, Chinese drugs infusion and heat therapy, Chinese drugs iontherapy, massage therapy,high tibia osteotomy and Chinese drugs iontherapy, abluent operation under arthroscorpe and combined operation therapy etc. In this article I develops analysis of case of osteoarthritis of knee with salvia miltiorrhiza injection intravenous drip and angelica sinensis injection articularcavity injection.In this research,sixties cases of osteoarthritis of knee were divided into two groups at random. The first is 30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine;the second is 30 cases of western medicine (sodinm hyaluronate injection). This research shows the total rate of efficiency is 83.33% in the group of traditional Chinese medicine and the total rate of efficiency is 59.99% in the group of western medicine. Management of statistics proves there is obvious difference in the rates of two groups (P<0.05).The result of treatment prompts that rate of efficiency is higher in the group oftraditional Chinese medicine than in the group of western medicine. |
