The Clinical Study And Relative Experiment Research On The Treatment To The Spasticity Of Paralysis Limbs After Stroke Through Acupuncturing The Points Of Du Channel

Objective: 1. To investigate the effective treatment of acupuncture on the spasticity of paralysis limbs. 2 .To investigate the mechanism of the treatment through acupuncturing the points of Du Channel on the spinal cord injury.Methods: Clinical observation: Treatment group:24 cases were treated by the method of acupuncturing the points of Du Channel.Control group:24 cases were treated by the method of acupuncturing the normal points of the Channels.The evaluation of the rehabilitational function used the methods of Brunnstrom SIAS Ashwortho Experimental research:the 60 big and white Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, acupuncture(the Du Channel] comppressive group,acupuncture( the normal points) comppressive group,comppressive model group, according to Zhao Wengru 'The study of establishing gradually comppressive model of the spinal cord injury' , making the spinal cord function <3 class ( according to the modified Tarlov spinal cord function),50% < narrow rate of the spinal tube<60%.Use (1) the Rivlin Method of slope,(2) the ratings of spinal cord function 'according to Kuckner's modifying Tarlov ratings of the spinal cord function to observe the function of its spinal cord. At the same time, to detectthe peptide ( P -EP, AVP, DYNA) of the blood plasma, hypothalamus, hypophysis and the spinal cord.Results: 1. According to the results of evaluation, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05). 2.6 hours after the models were established, compared with the normal group and the acupuncture(the Du Channel) comppressive group,the acupuncture( the normal points) comppressive group and the comppressive model group, the slope number of degrees higher with the spinal cord function, the nervous peptide of the the blood plasma, hypothalamus, hypophysis and the spinal cord lower. 15 days after the models were established, compared with the comppressive model group and the acupuncture (the Du Channel) comppressive group,the acupuncture ( the normal points) comppressive group, the slope number of degrees lower with spinal cord function, the nervous peptide of the the blood plasma, hypothalamus, hypophysis and the spinal cord higher.Conclusion:1.The investigation proved that the Method of acupuncturing the points of DM Channel was effective for the spasticity of paralysis limbs. 2. The method of acupuncturing the points of Du Channel can improve the blood circulation of the injuring spinal cord , reducing the endocrining of the nervous peptide : B -EP, AVP, DYNA , and alleviate the secondary spinal cord injury. 3.The method of acupuncturing the points of Du Channel can improve the function of the spinal cord cell.
