Study On The Mechanism Of Treatment Of Ganfh With Drilling And Decompression, Placement Of Drainage Tube And Flushing With Huo Gu Injection

Glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head(GANFH), Which is called "Disease of medical development",is paid more and more attention.This experiment studied the treatment of GANFH of experimental animals with drilling and decompression,placement of drainage tube and flushing with Huo Gu injection,probed into the mechanism of GANFH and displayed its advantages.Fifity animal models produced with hydroxy-prednisone were divided into three groups randomly. Group A: model group; Group B: treated with drilling and decompression; Group C: treated with drilling and decompression,placement of drainage tube and flushing with Huo Gu injection.Four to five experiment animals were sacrificed every time at four,eight,twelve weeks after treatment.The bone histopatho-logical examinations,blood biochemical examinations and CT examinations were performed in the study.The results showed that the treament of GANFH with drilling and decompression,placement of drainage tube and flushing with Huo Gu injection has advantages.The effects are composed of persisting higher density of drug in femoral head,taking extreme effect of drug,improving microcirculation,decreasing the inner pressure of the bone and accelerating bone remodeling.lt is superior to simple treatment of drilling and decompression.The experimental study offers a feasible treatment for clinical application.
