Experimental Study On The Compatible Effect Of Wendan Decoction's Chemical Constiuent And Their Fixed Quality And Fixed Quantity Analysis

Based on the principle of the formucation of Wendan Decoction (WD)and its clinical application and partially experimental research , We devide the WD into six groups: group of Wendan Decoction, the fixed group of WD's abstract by water , the Fixed group of WD's abstract by alchol, ragulating vital energy (RVE, i.e. Eocarpium Citri Grandis and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) plus dispersing phlegm group (DP, i.e Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam and Rhizoma pineuiae praeparate), RVE plus drying the dampness group (DD, i.e. Poria and Radix Glycyrrhizae, eliminate sputum + drying the damping group, From WD'S fixed Quality and fixed quantity analysis.We have observed the substant founda tion of WD pharmacodynamics The result show that:1. The Whole group adstracted by water, the fixed group and DP+DD group could increase sleeping rat prolong sleeping time.2. The whole group, the fixed group and the three compatible group could increase secretion of Phenol red from mice tracheas, Finally.We can infer from the experimental result: Chemical Continuent of the Whole group is familiar with the Fixed group...
