Clinical And Experimental Study On XiaoKe Mixture In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Of Deficiency Of Qi-Yin Syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of XiaoKe Mixture in treating type 2 diabetes of deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes of deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome were divided into two groups by random, among these patients, the treated group (30 cases) was treated by XiaoKe Mixture, the control group (30 cases) was treated by Jiang Tangjia Tablet. Two-month was a course of treatment. Results XiaoKe Mixture could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of the patients obviously, especially to the tiredness and acratia, the difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0.05); Meanwhile, the patients' blood sugar blood fat HbAlc fibrinogen abated obviously, the difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0.01 ). XiaoKe Mixture could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of model rats obviously and abate the blood sugar, promote the content of SOD and bring down the content of MDA. So it can antagonize the damnification of free radical. Conclusion XiaoKe Mixture has sure curative effect in treating type 2 diabetes of deficiency of Qi-Yin syndrome. It is worth generalizing further.
