Effect Evaluation Of Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction On Type2 Diabetes With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Type And The Effect Of SAD-A Expression Of Pancreas In Diabetic Rats

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)with deficiency of Qi and Yin and the expression of SAD-A related genes in the pancreas of diabetic rats.Methods: clinical study: 60 cases of patients were included and randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group on the basis of treatment,with Glimepiride Tablets(Amaryl)treatment;the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of diabetes treated with Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The changes of the clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood lipid,HOMA-β before and after treatment were observed.Experimental study: through the establishment of DM rat model,observe the effect of Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke Decoction on the weight of rats,blood glucose,blood lipid,HOMA-β,and through HE staining to observe the pathological changes of rat islet cells,expression of Real Time-PCR detection of SAD-A related genes in pancreatic in m RNA.Results: Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,blood glucose and blood lipid level,increase HOMA-β,improve the pathological changes of islet cells and increase the expression of SAD-A related genes in islet cells.Conclusion: Jiawei Jianpi Xiaoke decoction can improve clinical symptoms,reduce blood glucose and increase HOMA-β in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which may be related to increased expression of SAD-A related genes in islet cells.
