Series Of Study On Effect Evaluation Of Health Change And Health Policy Of Peasant In ZongYang Of AnHui Province In New Era

Objectives:To compare the change of behavioral patterns among the rural residents aged over 15 years and to identify its socioeconomic-related factors after Chinese rural region having witnessed the implemation of reform policy and healthcare system reform for 8 years.Methods:Cross-section study,about 10,000 persons from 2000 households by cluster sampling were interviewed to fill in the questionnaires about health status and health behaviors from August to September in Yijing Town of Zongyang County,Anhui province;The results were compared with the data collected through the same survey method and toward the same region 8 years ago,simple statistical methods and non-conditional multivariate logistic model were used to analyze the change of behavioral profile and its related factors through the statistical package of SPSS (VerlO.O).Results:(l)Prevalenee of disease within two weeks in 2001 is higher than that in 1993 (113.41%0,58.17%o,P=0. 000)and prevalence of chronic disease in 2001 is higher than that in 1993 (109.35%o,105.90%o,P=0. 003);(2)Rates of smoking,drinking and pesticide poisoning are all higher than those in 1993(20.43%,21.89%,P=0. 016;12.25%,18.49%,P<0. 001;1. 94%,4.94%,P<0. 001) .(3)Sex,age and economic status are main factors impacting behavior pattern.Discussion:(1) Attaching importance to health education. (2) Establishing health education network to rural residents and developing diversity of health education and health promotion mechanism. (3) Femails and teenagers are the key objections of health education. (4) Goverement sure dominate the market of smoking and drinking.
