| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of XiaoKeJiangTang granules in treating type 2 diabetes Mellitus. Methods: 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups at random. Among these patients, the treated group(30 cases)were treated by XiaoKeJiangTang granules , while the control groupe(20 cases)were given ShenQiJiangTang granules. One-month was a course of treatment, and meanwhile the experimental study was going on. Results: XiaoKeJiangTang granules could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of the patients obliviously, especially to the fatigue and dyspnea.The difference was significiant compared to the central groupe (p < 0.05). Meanwhile,the patients' blood sugar, blood fat and HbAlc abated obliviously . The difference was significiant compared to the central groupe(p < 0.05), Experimental study showed that XiaoKeJiangTang granules could reduce blood sugar, blood fat obviously. It could antioxygenate and enhance immunity. Conclusion: XiaoKeJiangTang granules has sure curative effect in treating type 2 diadetes mellitus. It is worth generalizing further. |
