Clinical Observation Of Gansong Jiangtang Granules In The Treatment Of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Stasis)

Objective To observe FPG,2h PBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β and other indexes in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of spleen and kidney and stasis,and to observe its efficacy.Methods A total of 120 newly diagnosed T2 DM patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.In addition to dietary guidance and health education,the treatment group was treated with Gansong Jiangtang granules,and the control group was given oral metformin hydrochloride.All 12 weeks after treatment in both groups,records of TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment and test weight,FPG,2h PBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,and the changes of blood,urine,liver function,kidney function and other safety indexes.Results1.Efficacy evaluation : In terms of the efficacy of blood glucose,the effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and that of the control group was 79.62%,indicating that Gansong Jiangtang Granules had the same efficacy as Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in reducing blood glucose;After treatment,the TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).In terms of TCM symptoms improvement,the effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and the effective rate of the control group was 59.3%,indicating that the effect of Gansong Jiangtang Granules in improving patients’ clinical symptoms was due to metformin hydrochloride tablets.2.After treatment,BMI,FPG,2HPG,Hb A1 c,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that Gansong Jiangtang Granules had the same efficacy as Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in reducing blo od glucose and regulating blo od lipid.3.After treatment,HOMA-IR、HOMA-β in 2 groups were improved compared with before(P<0.01),but Gansong Jiangtan g granules were superior to metformin hydrochloride tablets in improving islet β-cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.4.Safety evaluation : During this experiment,no significant abnormalities were observed in blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function of patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Adverse reaction rate was 3.33% in the treatment group and 5.25% in the contro l group,and adverse reactions occurred in both groups,but the treatment group could relieve spontaneously and the control group could relieve after drug withdrawal.It indicated that the adverse reaction of Gansong Jiangtang granules was mild.Conclusion Ganso ng Jiangtang Granules treatment the spleen kidney empty clip stasis type newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can not only lower blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,also can falling weight,blood fat,improve insulin resistance and islet beta cell function,less adverse reaction,shows Gansong Jiangtang Granules treatment the spleen kidney empty clip stasis type newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes is safe and effective.
