Clinical Studies On The Relations Of Circular ET,GMP-140 And Pc To Chronic Renal Failure With Blood Stasis Troubles

Ojective:To expore the significance of endothelins (ET), granulomere membrance proteinGMP-140),anti-coagulation protein c (Pc) in the chronic renal failure(CRF)patients with blood stasis syndrome.Meterials and Methods: According to internal medicine teaching meterial (the fourth edition diagnostic criterion and traditional Chinese medicine dialectic criterion) , 30 CRF patients with blood stasis syndrome as the treatment group (male: 18 cases, female: 12 case, average age 39.25 8.08 years, 30-50 years,the score of blood stasis syndrome according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectic norm 20) and 30 without blood stasis syndrome as the control group (male: 16 cases, female: 14 cases, average age 37.56 8.89 years 25-50 years, the score of blood stasis syndrome according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectic norm <20) were included . Of the 60 patients, chronic nephritis 27 cases,acute serious nephritis 3 cases,essential hypertension 9 cases,diabetes 9 cases, multilocular cyst 6 cases,lupus nephritis 6 cases were enrolled. 60 CRF cases with four phase,including the phase of compensation of renal malfunction,the phase of no-compensation of renal insufficiency the phase of azotemia and the phase of renal failure,were divided into three groups (slight,ordinary and serious) . Endothelin , GMP-140 and PC were detected by radioimmunoassay ,flow cytometry and substrate-labeled fluorescent immunoassay respectively. Serumcreatinine as well as urea nitrogen were detected by blood automatic biochemistry analyzer .Results :(1)Difference of serum ET,GMP-140,Pc between the treatment group and control group were very significant.(2)Differences Of ET, GMP-140, PC between ordinary or serious group and slight group were very significant.(3)The correlations of ET and GMP-140 between he treatment group and control group were positive, but not for PC.Conclusion : ET,GMP-140 and PC are closely related with the development of CRF .Each can be acted as the objective diagnostic and treatment index of CRF with blood stasis syndrome.Our studies survey a new evidence for treatment integrated traditional Chinese medicine and molecular markers.
