Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Dahuang Zhechong Pill On The Level Of TGF-?1 In The Process Of Renal Fibrosis In Patients With Chronic Renal Failure (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To study the influence of Dahuang zhechong pill on renal fibrosis indexes in patients with chronic renal failure(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dahuang zhechong pill,explore its mechanism of action,expand its application scope,and provide clinical evidence for delaying the progression of renal fibrosis and treating chronic renal failure.Methods: Sixty patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed in the outpatient department or inpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Dahuang zhechong pill on the basis of routine treatment,taking 1 month as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the renal function indexes(serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C,24-hour urinary protein quantification)and renal fibrosis indexes(serum transforming growth factor ?1,monocyte chemotactic protein 1),TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(p > 0.05),indicating homogeneity and comparability.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes efficacy and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).Control group before and after treatment of urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein quantitative difference has no statistical significance(p > 0.05),but there is a decrease in the serum creatinine and urinary inhibition C before and after treatment(p < 0.05),a group of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urinary inhibition C,24 hours urinary protein significantly decreased and quantitative is better than that of control group(p < 0.05),suggesting Dahuang zhechong pill can reduce urinary inhibition C,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein quantitative,improve renal function;After treatment,serum transforming growth factor ?1 and monocyte chemotactic protein 1 decreased in both groups,and the improvement of renal fibrosis indexes was more obvious in the observation group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Dahuang zhechong pill can reduce the amount of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,cystatin C and 24-hour urinary protein in patients with chronic renal failure(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),thus improving renal function.Dahuang zhechong pill can reduce the levels of serum transforming growth factor ?1and monocyte chemotactic protein 1,and delay the progression of renal fibrosis.It is safe to use Dahuang zhechong pill,which is worthy of popularization.
