Clinical Study Of Gong An Medicament In Preventing & Treating Colporrhagia After Drug Abortion

This study is aimed at exploring the principle of preventing & treating lochiorrhea aroused by drug abortion based on theory,clinic,histopathology , and pharmacology under the guidance and western medical theory.The seleceted 175 patients were divided into 3 groups by random to be studied and compared from all the following aspects: the total effective rate, ejection time of villi,bleeding volume of vagona,bleeding period,the negative transforming rate of HCG of urine,the change of histopathology under optical microscope and electron microscope, pharmacology. The total effective rate of Gong An medicament group l(Gong An medicament was taken after the ejection of villi )is 83.82%, and that of Gong An medicament group 2(Mi Fei Si Tong and Gong An medicament was taken simultaneously) is 85.08%,the control group is 30%, both of the fronter groups are much higher than the control group.Comparing with control group(aborting drug was taken only),the ejection time of villi of Gong An medicament group 2was shortened obviously(P<0.05). Comparing with control group, bleeding volume of vagona and bleeding period were reduced obviously(P<0.05). The negative transforming rate of HCG of urine of Gong An medicament group 1 was increased obviously by comparing with control group ,so was that of Gong An medicament group 2. Result shows that Gong An medicament could accelerate the ejection of villi,increace abortion rate,reduce bleeding volume and shorten bleeding period.Observed under electron microscope: Comparing with control group , microvilli of Gong An medicament group 2 reduced ,swelled and transformed obviously .Syncytiotrophoblast hollow alveolus reduced and decreased .Fat drop reduced. Cell nucleus of both Syncytiotrophoblast cell and Langerhans cell increasedand became irregular,and Abnormal chromatin multiplied and rim-massed. Mitochondria of Langerhans cell swelled. Pharmacological experiment indicates that the medicament Gong An is a hysterotonic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory. Conclusion was drawn that Gong An medicament has the function of ending early pregnancy through accelerating the death of villeo cells and contract of uterus which is the reason of bleeding volume reduction and bleeding period shortening.
