Progesterone On The 3rd Treatment Of Spontaneous Abortion, Experimental Research And Clinical Observation

Objective: (1) To observe the clinical efficacy of "prescription ZHUN YUN III "on threatened abortion .(2)To examine the efficacy of "prescription ZHUN YUN liT "on kindey-deficiency and luteal phase defect aborting rat model and to investigatethe mechanism .Methods:On clinic treated the patient of threatened abortion with "pill ZI-IUN YUN â…¢", examined the efficacy by oberserving the symptom and the situation of fetus. In the experiment of animal ,an aborting kindney-deficiency rat model was created by hudroxyurea, and then luteal phase defect model was created by mifepristoneon the same one.The pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groupsA Hydroxyurea+Mifepristone-i-Prescription ZHUN YUN III B Hydroxyurea+Mifepristone+Prescription BU SHENC Hydroxyurea+Mifepristone+Prescription YIAN PT D Hydroxyurea+Mifepristone+Progesteron injection E Hydroxyurea+Mifepristone+NSF NS (normal pregnant control)Different groups were observed at the same period for the weight ,the rate of abortion , the lever of serum progesteron,the positive rate of decidua progesteron receptor (PR) and the pathological changes of uterus and ovary. F and E groups also were observed for the changes of WBC and PLT after using hydroxyurea 10 days. Conclusions:The clinical cure rate of the "Prescription ZHUN YUN â…¢ "was 80%. it is proved in the animal experiment that "Prescription ZHUN YUN â…¢ "and"Prescription BU SHEN" could strengthell the function ofcorpus luteum, increase tke serum lever of progesteron andraise the content of progesteron receptor in decidua.:It isalso Proved that the" Prescription YIAN PI "which couldstrengthen the spleen has no function on these. Herbs whichcould supplement the kindney lead tke role on treating theS A w:hich was caused by defect of corpus luteum.
