This study is aimed at exploring the principle of preventing & treating lochiorrhea aroused by drug abortion based on theory, clinic, and histopathology under the guidance of traditional and western medical theory. The selected 200 patients was divided into four groups by random to be studied and compared from all the following aspects: abortion effect, ejection time of villi, bleeding volume of vagina, bleeding period, resume time of mensis, the negative transforming rate of HCG of urine, the change of histopathology under optical microscope and electron microscope. Comparing with control group B (aborting drug was taken only), the ejection time of villi of theropy group B (Xi Yin and Gong Qing Prescription was taken simultaneously) was shortened obviously (P<0.05). The abortion rate of theropy group A (Gong Qing prescription was taken after the ejection of villi) is 94.0%, which is much higher than that of control group A( Yi Mu Cao Cream was taken after the ejection of villi)(P
